Terms of service

These terms govern your use of glacien.lk and its subdomains (the "site") and any purchase made through them. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. An order is confirmed when payment is received and you are issued an order number. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where stock or payment cannot be verified; anything already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by PayHere. We never see or store your card details.

The product

Each piece is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor variation in finish is part of the nature of powder-coated steel and is not a defect. The DuoFlow Pro is designed for hot and cold drinking use; damage from misuse, drops, or modification is not covered.

Ownership and risk

Ownership of and responsibility for an item pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Sri Lanka, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to run the store, and nothing more.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details, so we can fulfil and support your purchase.
• The registry: your email and preferred edition, if you choose to join the waitlist.
• Payments: handled entirely by PayHere. Card numbers never reach our systems.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, to send order updates by email or WhatsApp, and, if you joined the registry, to write to you when a batch opens. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Where it lives

Order data is stored on our own secured servers. Access is limited to the people who run the store.

Your choices

Write to info@glacien.lk at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to leave the registry.

Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka by courier, typically within 1 to 5 working days of dispatch. You receive a notification when your order ships, and you can follow any order at the order page using your order number and email.

Please make sure the address and phone number on your order are correct; the courier will call the number provided. If a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Returns and refunds

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to info@glacien.lk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it, or refund it in full, at your choice. Replacement and return delivery in these cases is on us.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, the item price is refunded; return delivery is arranged and paid for by you. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept used drinkware.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayHere, normally within 5 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
